Trish Reck is a qualified Social Worker (Master of Social Work - RMIT); with additional training and qualifications in Family Therapy; Child Development, Psychodrama and the Creative Arts.
She has over 25 years’ experience working with vulnerable children and their families in the not-for-profit sector and has also worked extensively with carers who are supporting family members that have become chronically ill/disabled.
Trish draws on her unique background and years of professional experience to offer an individually tailored and empowering approach to clients who may be struggling with past trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions and grief and loss.
Her philosophy is that every person can reach their maximum potential given the right opportunities and relationships.
She also offers external supervision to social workers and counsellors working with vulnerable families and children.
