Lilia Szarski

Margaret Hodge is a Clinical Family Therapist and Immediate past President of the Australian Association
of Family Therapists Inc.
She has a private consultancy, and has previously provided supervision to staff at No to Violence/MRS
Organisation. She is a Life Member of NTV/MRS due to her early work in telephone counselling with men.
She has delivered training through Relationships Australia to DHHS staff throughout Victoria, private
counselling and contracted EAP and counselling with d'Accord along with Relationship Matters, is a
facilitator of Men's Behaviour Change Programs with that Organisation also providing individual, Couples
and Family Therapeutic interventions with a colleague in her practice with families going through the
Family Court process, and has provided reports and cross examination in this system. Also managed and
supervised a number of counsellors whilst working at Relationship Matters an NGO in the CBD,
up until she left that Organisation in 2018.
